At Glamour Nails! we strive to provide every guest with a relaxing, enjoyable, and highquality experience. Please review our salon policies to help us serve you better:
✤ Appointments:
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled or adjusted based on availability.
✤ Service Claims:
Any concerns such as chips, color fading, or other issues must be reported within 48 hours of your service for complimentary repair.
✤ Satisfaction Guarantee:
Your happiness is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied, please let us know before leaving the salon so we can make it right.
✤ Refund Policy:
We do not offer refunds once services are completed. However, we’re happy to fix any issue within 3 days of your visit.
✤ Personal Belongings:
Please keep your personal items with you at all times. We are not responsible for lost or damaged belongings.
✤ Gift Cards:
All gift card sales are final and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
✤ Waxing Services:
For your safety, waxing cannot be performed on clients taking Accutane, Retin-A, or antibiotics due to skin.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone!
